Greenerwave Takes Part in Orange-Led Panel at VivaTech
At VivaTech, Greenerwave was pleased to take part in a panel discussion on a strategic challenge for Europe: how can we build a sovereign and competitive satellite industry?
Our Head of Sales & Business Development, Agathe Cerceau, joined Michaël Trabbia and Jérôme Hénique for a discussion moderated by Mehdi Ramdani
One key message emerged from the conversation: building a strong European space industry is no longer a long-term ambition – it is a strategic imperative.
Whether for critical infrastructure operators, armed forces, emergency services, or energy providers, many organizations operate in remote or contested environments where satellite connectivity is the only viable option. Across these sectors, a common need is emerging: versatile, easy-to-deploy, energy-efficient, and cost-effective SATCOM terminals.
This is precisely the vision driving Greenerwave: developing sovereign solutions that make satellite communications more flexible, more energy-efficient, and more accessible.
European space sovereignty will be built through close collaboration between large industrial players, public institutions, and deeptech startups. By combining our expertise, we can strengthen Europe’s resilience, competitiveness, and strategic autonomy.
Thank you Orange for the invitation!

Pleased to see Greenerwave’s sovereign, low-power multi-orbit user terminal showcased at Ministère des ArméesDGA – Direction générale de l’armement and Airbus Defence and SpaceAirbus Geospatial and Secure Connectivity Solutions Solutions’ booths at Eurosatory2026.
In a context marked by the rapid rise of satellite constellations, increasingly contested environments, and growing requirements for uninterrupted connectivity, communications have become a critical strategic capability for armed forces. The ability to access multi-orbit networks in a sovereign, resilient, and efficient way is now essential.
Seeing our technology showcased alongside major institutional and industrial partners highlights the importance of collective efforts around communications sovereignty, energy efficiency, and the resilience of connectivity infrastructures. Many thanks for their trust.

Congratulations to Louis Fournier on this incredible performance at the French Diving Championships!
Already a multiple-time French gymnastics champion (including a team title won just a few weeks ago), Louis decided to take on a new challenge by turning to diving less than a year ago.
It was a bold move – and one that is already paying off: this weekend, he delivered an outstanding performance, winning four gold medals at the French Championships (Masters – 1m springboard, 3m springboard, platform, and synchronized 3m).
This achievement is a testament not only to his talent, but also to his ability to learn, reinvent himself, and continually push his limits. Behind these impressive results lie countless hours of training, exemplary discipline, and exceptional determination.
Louis has been part of Greenerwave for the past four years and is the Manager of the Mechanical Team. Every day, he brings the same energy and commitment to his team and our projects, demonstrating a level of dedication that inspires everyone who works alongside him.
Congratulations, Louis, on adding another string to your bow – and on your five French championship titles this year!

We are pleased to announce the conclusion of a partnership between Greenerwave and TELESPAZIO FRANCE, leading European player in high value-added satellite services and applications.
This agreement aims to distribute Greenerwave’s low-power, sovereign, multi-orbit SATCOM terminals across Government and Defense markets in Europe.
A partnership serving sovereignty and innovation: this collaboration will address key segments in France, across Europe, and in the United Kingdom and marks a key milestone in strengthening Europe’s strategic autonomy in satellite communications.
By combining our expertise, we share a common ambition: to accelerate technological innovation in satellite communications while ensuring secure and high-performance deployments for end users.

Supporting talent over the long term is an integral part of our approach at Greenerwave. A few months ago, some students and researchers who began their journey with us reached an important milestone by officially joining the company.
This progression reflects both their commitment and the collective momentum driven by our teams.
Oumayma Igli, previously an apprentice, is now a Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer
Dinara Almanova, following an internship, is now an RF Engineer
Émile Gatignon, a former intern, has joined the team as a Hardware Engineer
Dylan Desmarest, after a work-study program, is now a Networks & Cybersecurity Engineer
Hussam Hanouni, after completing his PhD, continues with us as an R&T Project Engineer
Behind these journeys lie hard work, curiosity, and dedication – but also teams that take the time to share knowledge and build trust. Congratulations to all of them (a little belatedly) on this new chapter with us, and thank you to everyone who helps nurture and grow these talents every day.

We are pleased to be featured in CORDIS, the European Commission’s platform dedicated to EU-funded research results, showcasing our latest advancements in Ka-band antenna technology.
With the support of the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), Greenerwave develops the first high-performance, low-cost flat-panel antenna terminal at Ka-band (full duplex, single aperture), unlocking the full potential of satellite-based broadband communications.
Based on our reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) technology, this breakthrough enables high-performance connectivity while significantly reducing production costs and energy consumption – a key step toward more scalable, efficient, and sustainable satellite communications worldwide.
🇪🇺 Beyond technology, this progress contributes to a broader objective: reinforcing Europe’s autonomy in strategic infrastructure. With upcoming initiatives such as IRIS², these innovations will play a central role in building a more sovereign and resilient connectivity ecosystem.
This milestone reflects both the strength of our technology and the value of European support in turning deep-tech innovation into reality, as well as our ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of connectivity.
