Greenerwave Secures Strategic DGA Contract to Deploy Next-Gen Multi-Orbit SATCOM for Defense
We are proud to announce the signing of a strategic contract with the French Defence Procurement Agency (DGA), in partnership with Airbus Defence and Space and Eutelsat Group, to deploy our next-generation, multi-orbit SATCOM terminals—combining high performance and energy efficiency.
This major milestone, the result of years of R&D supported by the DGA and the Defense Innovation Agency, positions Greenerwave as a key player in the future of military telecommunications, especially for on-the-move capabilities.
Our passive, electronically reconfigurable antennas offer a resilient, low-power, and component-efficient solution to defense connectivity challenges.
An initial €2.8M order will equip French forces in the near term, with an optional follow-up order of over €10M marking the beginning of broader deployment.
The announcement came just after the signing of the French Space Pact, in the presence of Sébastien Lecornu, Minister of the Armed Forces and Emmanuel Chiva, DGA.
